Ty Lumnus "Decompression" EP Preview
A sneak preview of next weekends release from Ty Lumnus.
"Decompression" is the sound of Glasgow artist Fraser Rowan starting anew. Previously releasing spaced out downtempo experimental soundscapes under the Ly Tumnus alias, this new venture as, Ty Lumnus, sees him turn up the tempo whilst keeping that experimental and dynamic edge.
It's a four track offering that stretches across the genre divide. Dusky tonal experiments, palpitating bass, analogue outbursts and sophisticated rhythms.
It's constructed expertly with spiraling electronics that mingle with sonic decay to create cosmic passages of varied textures and frequencies for the listener. Sit back, fire up the volume and ride the sound waves.

"Experienced Glasgow producer, Loui Cleghorn, returns to Bricolage with his new "Fortysomething" EP at the end of this month. We're premiering the title track which shows off a grittier edge to his consistently melodic productions. The melodic emphasis is still there but this time comes assisted with a darker shade and a twisting, driving pace."
